DIAGNOSTIC RATES
The diagnostic rate covers driving to your location, diagnosing the issue with the spa, and providing a written quote. It is also the hourly labor rate for the area. If the job can be repaired on the same day and within the first hour, no labor charge will be added to service call. Every Hour after the initial day/hour is pro rated in 15 min intervals. The following rates are determined by base customers, population, remoteness, distance, terrain, usual traffic, and time to travel. If there is snow on the ground we will have to reschedule appointments.

Our rates for parts are VERY competitive when compared to online shops and local dealers.

MAINTENANCE RATES
Our maintenance package focuses on keeping your spa water clean and clear. We balance your sanitizer, pH, and alkalinity levels. We also add clarifiers and scale and metal defenders as needed. In addition, we will remove debris and clean the filters.
