Important Instructions
      1. Select shape of your spa and add dimensions in inches.
      Add dimension of radius corners if you have them.
Note hinge (fold) location with dotted line. This is critical.
      2. Select color.
      3. Select foam type.
      4. Select skirt length. (Over 4.5” surcharge      applies)
      5. Note special handles or fasteners.
      (Sizes or quantities over standard will add surcharge)
      6. Special instructions or items that are not included in 1-5
      7. Spa brand, model and year if known

Standards
All Covers will be made with the following specifications unless   otherwise noted on order form:

• 2  Handles with one per half
• 4 Sure lock fasteners
• Standard Covers are sizes up to 96”, 1lb foam, 4-2 inch
    taper, and skirt sizes up to 4.5”
• Standard hinge dimension is 1 inch wide and works with most
     cover lifters. If lifter bar is greater than 1 in MUST CALL and
     additional charges will apply.
