- Diagnostic Rate - $140 The diagnostic rate covers driving to your location, diagnosing the issue with the spa, and providing a written quote. It is also the hourly labor rate for the area. If the job can be repaired on the same day and within the first hour, no labor charge will be added to service call. Every Hour after the initial day/hour is pro rated in 15 min intervals.
- Maintenance Rate - $Call We will balance your water, clean your
filter, and remove any large floating debris. The initial start-up for this program is an additional $40 unless you sign up for an extended period. We highly suggest having us come twice a month ($70). - Spa Drain, Clean and Refill - $230 We will drain your spa and clean it from head to toe. Occasionally a spa when turned on after a long period of non use, gunk can shoot out after refilling spa. In extreme occasions the spa will have to be drained and refilled again. This is an additional $30 charge. Usually, it takes 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. A nearby hose and 120V electrical outlet is needed.
